Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
You will receive a booking confirmation email from us with a copy of these terms & conditions.
You will then enter into an agreement with us that you have read, understood & agree to the terms & conditions.
There is a £400 security deposit which is payable (via cash or card) at least 7 days prior to arrival.
If this deposit is not made in time, the booking will be cancelled & no refund will be issued.
This deposit is fully refundable as long as the camper or bus is left in the condition in which you found it, subject to an inspection satisfactory to us.
The deposit must be paid to cover the possibility of damage (whether negligent, wilful, accidental or otherwise) to the camper or bus or the fixtures & fittings.
Your security deposit will normally be refunded within 7 days of the end of the rental period.
Should there be any damage or requirement for any repair, replacement or special cleaning, the costs will be deducted from the security deposit before the balance is returned to you.
You irrevocably agree to pay all charges on request if the security deposit is insufficient to cover the costs.
We will provide you with an itemised invoice detailing the charges incurred by you.
We are not responsible for loss of any of your personal belongings from the camper or bus.
We will supply the camper or bus to you in good overall condition.
A staff member will meet you there at the start of your booking to answer any questions & go over the rules.
You & we together will check the condition of the camper or bus at the start & end of your stay.
In the event of a cancellation the following applies:
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the rental period begins – 100% of the hire fee will be refunded, less an admin fee of £30.
If you are unable to hire the van for any reason whatsoever, we are under no obligation to transfer your booking to another date or refund your money, other than what is specified above.
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the vehicle & checks will be made.
You must remove all dirty footwear & excessively muddy clothing before entering the van.
We expect it to be returned in good, clean condition or cleaning charges will be incurred by you.
In the event that keys are lost or damaged you will be liable for the reasonable costs of obtaining replacement keys, and any costs associated with providing the keys to you during the hire period You must lock the camper or van at all times when not in use.
We ask that you exercise caution at all times in the use of the camper or bus and its equipment, following instructions where appropriate.
